Flexible column formwork system using lightweight panels and easy-fit walers
VertiPro is the name of MFE’s column formwork, a temporary concrete mould to shape and support columns while the concrete cures and gain strength. It ensures the column achieves its desired shape, size, and dimensions.
Strong yet lightweight, MFE’s VertiPro are designed to form different column sizes with an easy-fit waler system for rapid assembly and striking.

Formwork panel heights have a standard height of 3.2m while widths vary from 100 to 600mm. However, panels are designed to the customer’s requirements and can be mixed and matched to form multiple column sizes.

Through rod holes are pre-drilled, allowing for a fast assembly with simple pin & wedge fixing system. Only three levels of easy-fit walers are required.

Vertical columns are able to withstand concrete pressures of up to 100 kPa.
