Mimosa Townhouses

Affordable 2-storey modern townhouses built in the city centre of Cebu, featuring gated and guarded security, outdoor sport facilities, and parks and playgrounds. The houses were built with the Monolithic formwork MFE Mivanform solution, allowing each #house to be built within a 4 day cycle.

Jasmine Model House, Santorini Estates

A series of cosy 2-storey townhouses built within the Santorini Estates Binangonan development. The houses were built using our Monolithic formwork MFE Mivanform solution, which allows a single house to be built within a 4 day cycle.

Monde City

Monde City is a condominium located in the heart of Batam Centre. Boasting 10 apartment towers, the condo is located in close proximity to Batam University, several schools, shopping malls, and the Hang Nadim International Airport. As part of the construction process, MFE provided MivanForm formwork as well as our Working platform MFE LiftCore solution.
