Built around the three pillars of green sustainable environment, multi-generational living, and health & wellness, AraGreens features 6 blocks of service apartments. MFE worked with the developer to provide MivanForm formwork to accommodate its unique and eye-catching design.

ITC One Columbo

An ambitious mixed-development, which features one 49-storey residential tower and a 28-storey luxury hotel tower. The towers are connected by a multilevel sky bridge with two full-length infinity swimming pools at the topmost level. A special formwork was commissioned to MFE to form the unique columns for the lower levels of the towers.

Monde City

Monde City is a condominium located in the heart of Batam Centre. Boasting 10 apartment towers, the condo is located in close proximity to Batam University, several schools, shopping malls, and the Hang Nadim International Airport. As part of the construction process, MFE provided MivanForm formwork as well as our Working platform MFE LiftCore solution.
