SkyAwani 3 Residence occupies 4.55 acres of land and consists of three 52-storey condominium blocks, namely A, B and C. It offers a total of 1,905 units, 673 of them in Block A while blocks B and C host 680 and 553 units, respectively. All units here feature the same layout, each of them having three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a total built-up area of 800 square feet. The project is expected to be complete by June 2021.
